Regent House, Bury St Edmunds

Carried out the design, specification and contract administration of this roof replacement and external refurbishment project to a Grade II-listed building in the historic town of Bury St Edmunds.

We advised the Client on the project scope and approach for the design and procurement of the works before preparing a detailed Specification of Works describing the works to be undertaken, the tender process and the form of contract. We subsequently obtained and reviewed tenders and drafted and supervised the construction works while administering the terms of the JCT building contract.
