National Portfolio of Hotels, Manchester – Bicester – Wakefield – Darlington -Hartlepool – Sedgefield

Technical due diligence to support the acquisition of a portfolio of 6 vacant and dilapidated hotels after the previous owners fell into administration. The instruction comprised of a full building survey of each hotel and a costed scope of works for refurbishing the dilapidated properties and putting back into good operational condition.

The portfolio included the Grade II listed Grand Hotel in Hartlepool and the 17^th-century George Coaching Inn in Piercebridge, Darlington.

The surveys and advice was needed to support our Client’s acquisition of the properties and required a quick response and turn-around.
