Building survey and feasibility study of a dilapidated former pub on the outskirts of this Essex town to inform a commercial viability study being undertaken to support a planning permission to redevelop the site into a convenience retail property.

The survey identified disrepairs and established the scope of works and associated costs of refurbishing the Property back into good operation condition as a public house.
