Provided a s.18 valuation report to support a landlord’s dilapidations claim against an out-going tenant of this 6,000 sqft west London office building.

The landlord disposed of the Property without undertaking works and required a report to demonstrate the diminution in value of the reversion caused by the tenant failing to carry out the reinstatement, repair and decoration works they were obliged to.  

We successfully argued that the landlord could have achieved a higher value for the building had the works been carried out.
