Acted on behalf of a tenant to respond to the landlord’s terminal schedule of dilapidations of this mid-20^th century light industrial unit in Park Royal, London.

The landlord is an institutional investment company and are carrying out substantial refurbishment and enhancements to their portfolio to meet their ESG goals and help the country achieve net zero.

Because of the enhancements carried out to the building fabric and services we successfully argued that a significant of the claim had been superseded by the landlord’s works and we achieved a substantial reduction in the dilapidations settlement.
