Doyen is a boutique, multidisciplinary real estate consultancy providing professional surveying and strategic advisory services across the UK.
We support investors, developers, occupiers and public bodies with clear, independent advice, combining technical rigour, commercial insight and a deep understanding of risk. Our work spans the full property lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to asset management and long-term optimisation.
Director-led and RICS-regulated, Doyen is built on experience, discretion and long-term client relationships.
Doyen combines the assurance of a trusted consultancy with the agility of a modern advisory practice, delivering clarity, confidence and value across the property lifecycle.
Doyen’s directors bring over 30 years’ combined experience advising on complex real estate assets in both the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
Our international experience includes working with family offices, institutional investors and major developers, as well as advising on high-value, operationally complex assets. This exposure to different regulatory environments, investment cultures and delivery models gives us a broader perspective than many traditional consultancies.
Today, we apply that experience to the UK market, helping clients navigate evolving regulation, changing occupier demands and increasingly complex commercial and compliance considerations with confidence and clarity.
At the heart of Doyen is a simple principle: good advice creates value by reducing risk, not by increasing complexity.
Our ethos is shaped by four core commitments:
Doyen is led by chartered professionals with complementary backgrounds across surveying, valuation, development and asset management.
Clients benefit from senior-level involvement on every instruction, not delegation to disconnected departments or junior teams. This ensures consistency, responsiveness and a clear line of accountability from start to finish.
